[REQUEST]Hold Down Buttons NOT Press Help! x_x

For my game, when you press and hold SHIFT you will run, then when you let go you walk. I don't know how to do this.
So far I have got it all done and working, I just need to know how you make it so that you have to HOLD SHIFT down to run then let go to walk.
PLEASE help you will be credited too. XD

I have a Run & Jump event with a stamina bar and all..
I can try to remove the bar parts and possibly the jump parts
or i could give it to you as a whole (if you want a stamina bar too)

Yeah could you give me the Run & Jump event without the bar being shown please? I'd credit you too. ^^
(((Also, I tested your event on another forum website, can't remember which but it was from a Nightblade or something I think.)))

Yeah I don't want the bar because I think the game will be less scarier if a bar were to appear, know what I mean?
Take your time with the event, I don't need it right away, but the earlier the better eh? XDD
