Welcome to the Top 100 Video Game Characters Ever awards

There is only one problem, I need your votes!
This is how its going to work.
You will choose your personal Top 5 characters, stating their names and what game or series they are from.
Character 1 will get 5 votes, character 2 will get 4 votes and so on.

There is more than one problem. Put simply: your system is flawed. If everyone posted, say... Jigglypuff as their 4th favorite character, there's a strong possibility that Jigglypuff would be the #1 favorite character. This makes absolutely no sense (aside from the fact it's Jigglypuff) because it should be #4 since EVERYONE voted that way.

Also when does it end?

Yes I know. But (even though it would be very unlikely) if Jigglypuff was voted for Character 4 all 100 times (or however many times people vote) then that would be 200 points; very likely to become the #1 VG Character even though no one voted Jigglypuff for their favorite.
