Is there a way to make it so monsters will fight by you'r side? I can't seem to get it :(!
Also if any one can give me a good site to download chipsets and charsets i would be very happy!
Thanks for anyone who is helping!

Exp:
1 Enemy on left side!
1 Monster (Mine) Right side!
------------------------------
How do i do that! Do i have to download a monster charset?
Please help!

As far as I know, you'd have to make a playable character which is a monster.

OrgeKings

How do you do that lol. Iv tryed making a char. Over top of the hero but when it goes into battle all it does is blicks back and forth between both :(

Xion

Maybe there's something wrong with the Battle CharSet you're using for the monster, check if it's set up correctly, and also
under the Battle Layout tab in the Database, see where it's positioned, and if it's battle commands have been set up.

I changed the layout i changed all but still for some reason when it goes in it flicks! I cant erase the hero if i do that it makes a white spot like a new paint! And whne you do that then make the unit. then put it into battle all around the unit is white :( Or green :(! Is there a Char.(Maker/Mod?)

If you're going about making charsets,.etc I'd
recommend Charas.EX or something of that sort.

I'm not exactly sure why the char would be flickering though, maybe the char animations
aren't aligned correclty?

OrgeKings

Well i got it working know! Do you know how to mqke the green tile behind the units? With out copying and pasting :(
That will take forever! I have alot of creatures to put on!

You've got the wrong colour for a background.  Only certain colours appear transparent around charsets; you don't have one of those colours for a background and it's appearing in blocks..   Get a charset from the RTP and open it in paint.  Open your monster charset and copy a chunk of the background from the RTP onto your custom and you'll see the difference.  The n just use that colour as your background for the entire background.

As for flicking between the hero/monster, are you sure you checked the Animations 2 tab and are sure all the animations are f the monster; you didn't leave one or two as the hero?  Although if you didn't want to monster to replace the hero, just put the monster in a new slot and build him from scratch.....

You can download charset/chipsets from dozens of sites; google it, although charasproject.net is good.  AThis site isn't too bad for getting resources too, but you'll usually have to ask and wait around for it to be created, so that depends on your patience.  For custom making, personally, I use MS Paint to make my stuff.  I think that works as good as any other, but you need to play about with it sometimes to get them lined up correctly.

Either way, all the best!

I went to custem painting and found the right colors :)
