Transforming weapons. and other

I need a bit of help.
I use a skill to change class the and all it dose is change the grapic dosent change my class, dosent give sage skills ect
When the job is changed i want the weapon to transform to (lets say you go from warrior to sage, the sword needs to transform into a staff.)
Btw im using Rpgmxp

during a battle?  because I don't think you can without scripts.

Yes in battle.
If scripts are needed thats ok, the only problam is i dunno how to write script

You could request the scripts.

Also, if you change it in a battle why don't you try using a event. But the problem i think is that they need to have the equipment in there inventory to change to it. Then you will need to go and use the command equip this or that etc.

I can try this out and see if i can get it to work.
