Hey, I wanted to know if there are any scripts around that puts a time bar in to the battle, and a player can only attack once that bar is full.
Like the one in RPG Maker 2003 or the Final Fantasy games.

Yeah, it's possible with the RTAB script. I don't know where to find it though, since it's gone on hbgames.org
