Well, guys... Hi! =D
As the title says, I can’t figure out how to fix this problem I have.
*
So here’s na explanation of what I’m trying to do, first:I have a Wii and I’d like to use the Wiimote controller with the PC. If you want to learn how, I recommend these links:
http://www.wiili.org/forum/glovepie-f44.html (about GlovePIE, a joystick emulator)
http://www.wiili.org/GlovePIE (another link to it)
http://carl.kenner.googlepages.com/glovepie_download (where to download it)
Very well, then. I downloaded it and started scripting. It’s very easy, actually.
Okay, so we know that the Wiimote works with Bluetooth technology. I bought a Bluetooth adapter, so that I could work with the Wiimote on the PC. We know that GlovePIE can emulate the Wiimote. And we know that RPG Maker XP detects input keys.

Now, the problem:The character starts to walk randomly. Actuallly, not randomly; he walks left. When I press down, he goes up. I’ve checked the topics where the same thing occurs here, but none of them had anything to do with Bluetooth. At least I don’t think so.
The thing is, this problem ceases if I take out the adapter from the PC. Even if it’s turned off, and no Wiimotes or whatever is connected, even without GlovePIE... Just by having the damn Bluetooth adapter connected to the PC this problem appears.
But it’s just with RPG Maker. Every other application – from iTunes to minigames I made myself using C++ and SDL – seems to work just perfectly. Evidences show me that it’s only RPG Maker with Bluetooth. No controllers interfere and it’s not GlovePIE either.
I have tried it on several computers, reinstalled RPG Maker XP, other keyboards... Nothing works.
Now, who can answer why this happens and how to stop it? ^^
Thanks to all of you for helping!
