Does this look like a raised are of land to you?

No not really, it just looks like walls covering another area of land of the same height, even with the stairs there. Try adding more thickness to the walls, and some decor.

starting to, perhaps change the floor tiles in the higher spot. It just looks to similar to eachother from the camera angle.

The first one looks like it's elevated, but the second one doesn't.
