I need help editing a tileset. My artistic skills are extremely lacking for what I need, but it's pretty essential to the plot of my game so if anyone could help I would really appreciate it. I'll give credit where credit is due.

What I need:

I would like someone to edit the "Tower In" tileset that comes with RPG Maker XP. I would like to have a wall that has a huge hole in it; it should look like the aftermath of a powerful spell or bomb explosion. The hole must be big enough for a character to pass through. You should be able to see outside; the weather is pleasant. The room that this wall is a part of is not the ground level, so no grass should be visible. This room is near the top of a very tall tower that is surrounded by dense trees, so perhaps they can be seen through the hole. If possible, please include bits of rubble that I can use to litter the floor of the tower. A scorched floor and/or walls would also be nice, but are not necessary.

Thanks in advance. If you have any questions, let me know.
[spoiler=My Game Recommendations] 1) Demon Gate --- A great game with a terrific character-relationship system, an engaging story, and plenty of secrets and options for players who wish to be good/evil.

2) Midnight --- A survival-horror game created with RPG Maker XP. Combat plays out in the smoothest running real-time battle system I have seen yet.

3) The Healer --- A charming game with beautiful mapping and a fun battle system. One of the few games to use a healer as a main character, and so far it's pulled off well.

Fallen Angel

With a few edits with other Tilesets and should be do-able I'll try but no garenties :)

The request is somewhat tricky, I know. But anything you could do would mean a lot to me.

In the meantime, I have something similar to what you are looking for. I made it for one of my early (and left unfinished) games. Try this on for size until Fallen Angel makes you a custom one.

Note: I added a small bit of rubble at the bottom.

Hey Zylos, that edit look good, but I would recommand you to make the backround in the hole have the same backround colour as the rest of the tileset. Like this.

This mean that he can later transparant that color, so he can use wich panorama as he wants, instead of having that already finished backroundin that hole. If you understnad what I mean. :)

Zylos

I know, but this was an old tileset of mine and I was just to lazy to edit that part.  ;)

Wow...I honestly didn't expect anyone to help me with this particular edit. At least not so soon, anway. I'm very impressed. Zylos, your edit is amazing; it's exactly the kind of thing I was looking for. If I end up using your's, I may leave the current backround in the hole, just because it fits the location of the tower so well.

But I would still like to see your work, Fallen Angel, considering you were the first to post and it seems that you have put some effort into doing this for me. At this point, I don't know for sure whose tileset I will use, but I can assure all of you that I appreciate your help, and the one I chose will recieve credit for their work. Thanks again!

Fallen Angel

Here you go its my first edit hope you like it :)

So, Erk64, you now have two edited tilesets at your disposal. I think this would now count as [resolved].

Good luck with your game!  ;)

Erk64

Yes, I suppose that does merit a [resolved]. Thanks for reminding me.
