Hello everyone!

I just joined and I hope I'm posting in the right place (if not let me know).

So here is my question. I've just started working on a game. I'm very new to RPG maker 2003 but I've gotten the hang of some of the basics (I think.. I hope).

Anyway, I noticed the weather option and I think its great for a few of my areas, but I also notced that when I add weather and then test the game I no longer am able to move my character around.

So do need to input a switch allowing my character to move or does RPG3k not allow you to move a character during weather?

Input would be greatly appreciated!

Ok, what are you setting your event's trigger condition to? My guess is that you're setting it to "Autostart". Autostart makes it so that when you enter the area, the event automatically activates, not letting any other events (or you) to move or process. So you have to set it to "Parallel Process", which lets it process while not interfering with other events or players.
