You could always use Pickle's battlers. They're pretty awesome.

Make sure to credit Pickle if you use them though. On that site you'll find all the battlers for the default characters along with about 100 more characters with appropriate sets.

If all else fails, use Photoshop or Flash or something to edit them as best you can

Lol i found a prob the background of the char in battle and menu is pink(its color). Can you help this?

Try importing them through the resource manager. It is one of the icons along the top in the map editor, and I believe F9 brings it up. Just import the battler and select the background color with the left click. This will set it as transparent. Alternatively, you could remove the background in an image editing program.
