Like, RPG Maker 1 for Playstation or RPG Maker 2/3 for PS2?

Made from the same company.

RPG Maker 1 and 3 are EXTREMELY easy to use.

But RPG Maker 2 is a powerhouse. 3D models, custom graphics, argh it's overwhelming.

Well, they aren't really the originals. The original was RPG Maker 95 for computer. But yeah, I've never played them 1) because I never had the system they were on and 2) because it would be impossible to have custom resources.

I own 1 and three. I like part one. It was my very first introduction to creating my own games. The only thing I hated was the lack of the keyboard use, writing story plots took an awful long time. Part three looked pretty, but it had a lot of issues with event editing. Also you couldn't make your own indoor house maps, just dungeons, towns, and world maps.
What the?

In my own little world...
I tinkered with one before, but, I don't know why I'd even want to bother.
