I think he means that if you can't run a game... You can test run it (Somehow, I don't know how) on gamespy to see what requirements you need to play the game.

u type in the game that you need to test
lets say bio shock,you type it in the search bar,then enter,click the game,then youll see a button that says see if it can run or somthing like that
