SoCal is on fire

If no one has heard, there is about 7 fires burning in SoCal where I live. no one expected the fire to travel south toward a majority of homing areas, after last night the wind changed and is blowing the fire south. Home evacuations are insanely high. The community behind where I live has been evacuated, and I can now see the flames from my mom's bedroom.

Last I heard, it was 6 fires. Anyway, I figure that since the 2003 Fire Storm (which was 12 or 13 fires) was, well, in October of 2003, and this is October of 2007, that the October of 2011 will have yet another fire storm, and guess what? 2011 is just one year away from the Mayan end of the world. Freaky, huh? I guess that that means SoCal will be the first one gone.

A fire extinquisher, though aren't able to fight huge raging flames, can really save you when something, or even someone important is on fire (exlcuding the whole house) and It can also buy time for about 8 seconds-That's how most fire extinquishers last (no, not the water-filled extinquisher).

It's always better to have them.
