Ummmmmm..... something weird

Okay i havent finished my game yet and im not even close but  I playtested it to see if it was going good and when i talk to people it keeps repeating what the event said and you cant move at all how do i fix it?

you need to end the event.

UHHHH STUPID QUESTOIN HERE BUT I LOOKED THROUGH THE event menu and i couldnt find end eventi only have 1 event on my game that doesnt do the infinite talk thing it doesnt make any sense i didnt have and end event command on the event that works. what do i do?

First of all what the hell is with the caps? Second, what version? Third, I think the even may be activated on touch, or it may be a paralell event. Make it trigger on the action key.

can you tell us what RPG maker you're using?
there's more than one, and the events windows are different in all of them

If you don't know hot to make screenies; push the Print Screen button on your keyboard (right to backspace) and open MS Paint and Paste it thar.

I using RPG MAKER XP I tried to install postility knights edition but it just came up regular RPG MAKER XP.
