Well, first, I would make it English. XD Nah but seriously, it looks fine except it'd be cooler if the coins were different colors like brown for bronze, silver for silver, gold for gold, and something for platinum. XD

I find the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum part very oddly shaped.
If the text box is a curved rectangle; I think those I mention above should also be a curved square or rectangle.

It's kinda odd.

Nouman's layout is better; but I don't think white is good...
