Me and my bro reached to level 11 with this, then we stopped because he left again.

THe first is a map and a plane, if you rotate the words you get GMT+04.30
So find that, and you have your answer.

It makes no sense to me. 

Here, they have a hint for it. Right click the time at the bottom right corner on the task bar. Go to the Adjust Time/Date. Go to timezones. Look for GMT+4.30. Type the country without any capital letters

How the hell was I supposed to know that? 

That's like a teacher giving out a test, that is a piece of paper with a circle on it, and your supposed to know That you have to open up your watch and put the serial number + 34.
