Order of Gilrath - Concept

Hey Guys this is a game that I'm thinking of developing.I wan't to know what you guys think of the idea.



Story
There is a prophecy that tells of a young warrior leading the Order of Gilrath to victory against the Shadow Kingdom. It tells of the great power this warrior will contain, that he will be able to shine light where there is only darkness. Of course this is just a prophecy and like the many before it, it slowly disintegrates through the generations.

Ten decades after the prophecy was foretold, in a small village far away from the Shadow Kingdom and the people of Gilrath, lives a young peasant and his father. The quiet, withdrawn peasant's name is Arcadia, and he, like many others, lives out his plain life everyday as it comes. He is comfortable and wishes for nothing other than his peaceful life, nothing but his mother. His mother was killed when he was just an infant and he wishes he could just see her face one more time.

Now, Arcadia is sixteen and lives quite happily with his farther on their small farm. Until his seventeenth birthday arrives. He receive the most curious gift that anyone in his village could receive. It's a ring, with a note that reads,

Any screenshots we can see? I dont usually give my final judge a game until i can see some...

Na no screen shots as yet... as i said im not totally sure if im going to develope i wanted to see what u guys thorught of the idea. I have been playing around with cutscenes for the opening though...
