Could someone fix these so I can import them?

Well, I know what you're talking about since I also have alot of resources always...

But anyway, here you go, I converted em all into 256 colors, but without losing any quality. Don't forget to click the part that should be transparent when you import them.
The archive with the majority of them is in the attachment in the lower part of my post.

Actually, can fix the image size on that battle char, and the animations of K. Rool and Silence?

Argh, sorry, I'm no good with that kind of stuff, hehe... I think you'll need someone else's help for that...

ok bub this should work it word on mine when i tested it and it worked on my RPG Maker Xp sooo here you go

Now I received an Invalid Color Depth error.

The Resource Manager doesn't like me for sure.  >:(

You probably just need to do what this guy did with the original.  Most graphics programs will let you do that - the question is where to find the option in your particular one.

I'd do it for you, but I don't have 2K3 and I'm not sure of all the requirements.  Sorry.
