Ok, i was wondering, in rpg maker xp, is it possible to increase the maximum amount of party members??? If so can someone tell me how???

Well, increasing the max party size is somewhat more complicated then it seems, simply because you need to edit both menu and battle scenes, and since most people have custom menu and custom battle scenes it requires either knowledge of the scripts to be modified and/or the desire to learn the scripts. This, and the fact that very few people can use the script you make (only those who use the same battle system and same menu system) means that you need a pretty dedicated scripter, which consequently means you need to recruit one or else pay one. If you want, I can make a Party Switching script, but it would not allow you to have more then 4 active members, but rather would be limited to an active and passive party (max of 4 can be in battles). I would need access to your CMS if you have one.

There's probably a script lying around somewhere. However, unless you have a battle system that allows for more then 4 heroes in the party at a given time, then it's slightly more complicated. It's easy to make a reserve party script, if that's what you want?
