idk if there is a moderator for the wiki, but I assume silverline does. And probably HOTS.

Anybody with a wiki account can edit any aritcle. Well, except they protected ones, which only sysops (admins) can edit. That's currently the admin account (me and crankeye) and HaloOfTheSun who have sysop status.
