New Project- DRAGON SAGA needs help

As I'm unable to do everything on my own, I'll be needing help. Please inform me if you are capable of any positions listed below. I may as well warn you that this is a pretty huge project, so I'll need dedicated people.

Positions

For this project, I will be the overall producer, manage the database, and make maps.
I need:
Graphics Artists- for battlers, character sets, monsters, tilesets, etc.
Animators- for battle animations for varying skills
Scripwriters- extensive knowledge of RGSS is appreciated. Some things I need are pretty complex.
I'll also need help with some story elements.

If you could help, I would appreciate it.

Hey what kind of battler's do you use? I am really good at front view battler's,and i cound try side view.
but let me know and ill post some of my work.

If by front view you mean the kind of battlers that the RTP included with RMXP uses, then I'll be using those. Thanks, I'll see what you've got.

ok then here's some of my work! well i sometimes edit existing battler's so the first is one
i edited to make the second the third is a dwarven war wolf i made for a fantasy game and
the third is a warlock i made for the same game.

Ok then, I guess I could post them here.

Now, the first thing I need to say is, DON'T SWEAT IT. There's a lot of stuff I'll need, and don't try to do it all at once.

This game's graphics will be somewhat anime-style, as in Final Fantasy VII or Adventure Quest. It would be preferred if you could draw them like this.

As for the eight main characters, wait until my cousin draws some concept sketches. Don't have any monsters yet either, but there are supplementary beasts and summons in the party.

The following are mostly up to your interpretation, I'll give descriptions for some things.

Tameable Beasts:

Wolf, Turtle, Hawk, Raccoon (all about average size)
Bear, Elk, Eagle, Boar (average size)
Gator, Crab, Gull, Serpent (average size)
Beefy Yosher, Blockhead Yosher, Speedy Yosher, Smart Yosher (think Yoshi, but smaller and different) (average size)
Rhino, Tortoise, Vampire Bat, Badger (slightly bigger)
Scorpion, Rock Lobster, Vulture, Rock Spider (slightly bigger)
Python, Stag, Falcon, Giant Owl (slightly bigger)
Lion, Giant Toad, Heron, Peacock (rather large)
Dark Tiger, Lava Tortoise (has rocks for a shell), Magma Hawk, Flame Ape (rather large)
Forax (a raptor), Cerox (looks like Triceratops), Saloux (looks like a hadrosaur), and Kyxor (some kind of dinosaur, above average intelligence). (rather large)

Tameable dragons: (all large)

Dragon
Blue Dragon (lives in water, breathes steam)
Red Dragon (better at fire-breathing)
Yellow Dragon (small, fast, thunder-based)
Green Dragon (lives in forest, breathes poison gas)
Brown Dragon (hard skin)
White Dragon (breathes cold breath)
Grey Dragon (smallest, fastest).

Also, the elemental summons:

For the first 7 groups, make the first one smallish, the second average-size, and the third, large.

Water: Sea Horse, Nymph, Mist Dragon (made out of mist)
Fire: Salamander, Chimera, Phoenix
Thunder: Lightning Wolf, Thunderbird, Volt Dragon (all made out of electricity)
Growth: Dire Wolf, Dryad, Treant (treeman)
Stone: Rock Rat, Rock Beast (looks like a rhino), Golem
Ice: Frostbiter (very small), Yeti, White Wolf
Wind: Harpy, Gryphon, Quetzl (giant feathered snake)
Light: Sunhound (average)
Darkness: Shadow Wolf (average), Basilisk (make the basilisk mid-size)
Demonic: Imp (small), Bloodfiend (basic warrior, medium-size), Flayer (lots of scythe-arms, medium-size), Souleater (more magical, medium-size), Ether Dragon (ghost-like, large), Bloodlord (wait for a picture for this one), Archdemon (large), Chaos Dragon (two-headed, large)
Undead: Zombie, Skeleton, Ghoul (all medium), Hakk (troll-like undead, rather large), Banshee (medium-size), Lich (large)
Advanced Undead: Arm Snake (made out of disembodied arm, small), Rib Spider (the ribs are for legs, and skull for body, small), Skull Trap (a skull encaged by ribs, small), Cerberus Hakk (3-headed, see above, rather large), Slayer Zombie (replace all arms with deadly weapons like maces and swords, a bit bigger than a zombie), Corpse Tank (actually a tank made out of corpses, large), Bone Dragon, Frost Wyrm (a cold bone dragon) (both large)
Alchemal: Homonculus (small-medium, either one)
Technomagical: Probe (hovering sphere), Excavator (small drill on wheels), Mini Tripod (3-legged) (all 3 are small), MagiMech, Sentinel (both medium), Panther (tank on legs, large)), Tripod (think War of the Worlds, large)), Iron Dragon (large)

By the way (hope this isn't too late to say it), the anime-style is more applicable for the human characters. And actually... the style from the RTP is about the style I'm looking for.

I never cared for rtp but ill do a rtp wolf to and show you to make sure that's what you want(no point in making a lot if you don't like the style) let me know what's up bsheep

Well hey there, I am new to making tilesets, I have been practicing recently. And I need a project to work on to develop my skills (And I need deadlines to make things work on my end!) So first I should show an example of my work, it's one I am currently working on slowly.

EDIT: I can get the different color schemes by changing the hues, so don't bother with that. Just the grey and white ones will be alright.
