Hamburger? What Hamburger?
I'm designing a boss that's a slot machine(It's morely of a easter egg, and operates semiliar to the boss of the easter egg level Out of This Deminison from Star Fox for SNES, in fact, it was the inspiration for it.), in which it only has a attack that basically spins it reels, and I want it be a random result each time, is it possible to do this?

It is possible through a common event. You'll need to set a variable to a random interger, then for each interger it could be, link it to another skill.
