First, Some of these may belong in the "Events" place, but I wasn't sure. If anyone could get back to me on some of them, I'd be greatful.

R.1 - I'd like a way, to change the "Sound" that play's when the "PC" level's Up.

R.1A - Not Completed.

R.2 - I'd like "Off-TOpic" A link to a tutorial on how to make basic Events. Etc - Doors, Fires, Smoke and what-not.

Okay, I've got voice acted sounds, for the "NPC's" of my game, I'd like the player to everytime they speak with the "NPC"  hear a different Quote, I've tried Switchs but like most things I've done, I Failed.

R.3A - Not Complete

R.4 - Somewhere I can get the latest Blizzard Scripts. .

R.4A - I've looked but to no avail, and why did he even leave?

I'm sorry if this is in the Wrong place, but i've looked for scripts that do these and some relative stuff came up, but no exactly what I wanted. So Sorry bout the misplace-ness if i'm wrong.

In your events, set a variable to a random number between 1 and however many different quotes you want.
Then go and do some conditional processing - if the variable is 1, play the first quote.  If 2, play the second quote, etc.  You can contain it all in a single event page.

R4. http://z3.invisionfree.com/ChaosProject has all of Blizzard's scripts, I believe.

R1: I believe you are referring to the Battle End ME, and you can change that in the Systems Tab of the Database
