Here is my current. I have a lot of stuffs on it right now as it is my main workspace. (Now a Linux with mulitple desktops would come in handy... >_> )

I'm on 1440x1080, and only if I'm doing lots of stuff at once do I start to run out of screen space. Maybe a linux multiple desktop thing would be ok after getting used to it, but then, being on linux, I wouldn't need it since I wouldn't be able to run half my programs anyway

There's also lots of free programs that give you multiple desktops on windows ~

I used VirtuaWin for a while, but I never used it so I deleted it.
