[Visual] 3 designs, need feedback

Just need to know which one looks better. (they are all similar just a difference in blue and green)
Also ideas on what to change, and what to fix would be WONDERFUL. I really like hearing what wrong so I can fix it.

when you open the image its smaller, go over the image and you should see a magnifying glass, click.

true, I need to get better with my photoshop.
I was trying to find a good glossy tutorial but I can't find anything. + as i said before she said she wants "nice colors" no corporate look, which I find odd.

friendly and not so dull and corporate

so I thought bright colors would do the trick.

If you know any tutorial that can teach good photoshop skills or just web designing (the actual DESIGNING) part, it would be great if you can link me ^^

Ooh, that new one is much better. The whole diagonal lines / reflecting downwards thing is such a cliche "web2.0" thing nowadays though.

You're still using a program aren't you? Check this and look at the source to see how to do CSS rollovers. You shouldn't really use javascript for something unless there's no other way.

you are referring to the roll overs in the header right? ya, that was the one click option in dream weaver xD  I was stumped on how to do it any other way

xD take a closer look. if you still don't see it look at the font sizes and the image on the bottom, notice?

also where is the font grainy?

I see, the smaller font is better.

The font it pretty bad, no blending in there.
