Field Fireball script request.

Can anyone make me a field fireball script, like using the fireball to light torches, or destroy ice and other types of interaction ?
I'd like my character to be able to shoot fireball one at a time-or more- in the field, dungeon, etc.

Yeah, I think common events that run as a parallel process, check if a key was pressed, etc. I'm not sure how to do it, but my only idea is to have an event on each map. XP

But....doesn't that make lagging a habit in larger maps?
I tried to make that, but I'm not sure how. ??? ???

For a simple "light up a room" event, I think this would work..

1. Set the event with an empty torch graphic.

2. Have the event trigger set to "action button"

Events:

A sound effect./change screen color tone(default)/change graphic to
a "fire" or something.

I guess that could work  ???

No, he wants a continuous fireball where it happens every map. I'll try to get to work on this. ^_^ I'll try it out...

EDIT: All you need to do is make a completely blank event (just double-click the event layer and press Okay) as the very first event on each map. I uploaded the stuff you need. IT IS VERY BUGGY. XP If you run around and hold the "A" button (not really "A" but what the game thinks is "A"), you'll see. Here. :P Having it work would have to use "Event Touch" and a place untouchable by the character.

I think he wants like a fireball that shoots a cross the screen, and if it touches an event, it melts the ice.

damn, I was going to download the rom for it but it's ESA protected on most sites I came across or wasn't 'trustworthy' of a download

Except diagonally, but if possible is also okay.
