Font problem in RPG Maker 2003

I have been working on an RPG and yesterday when I tested it, it worked fine. The font in the RPG was in English. But today, I belive it is using Thai characters in it's font. The program itself is in english, just when I test the RPG, the menu and text and everything in it is in the different characters. Does anyone know how to change it back?

That is most likely Japanese. I had this happen to me before. Only way I fixed this was using the regular RMXP.

I have a method:

1: Move your important projects somewhere as a kind of backup.

2: Uninstall RM2k3.

3: Download it from http://crankeye.com, as it is translated with somewhat things that seems to be .dat files.

4: Test it. If it wont work, then i don't know what to do.
