A friend didn't get a validation email...

A friend of mine didn't get his validation email. So, should I just tell him to hold up? Or was there like a glitch and it didn't go through?

Multiple people register every day, so his problem is likely that, his problem. But if you tell me the username he registered with, I can manually activate his account
