(Request) White Ties-Styled Battlers

Hey, I am requesting a "White Ties"-styled (Minkoff's Animated pose format) battler that matches this (these) character(s) for my game. Also, I am willing to offer $ (seriously, I've already paid Demitri Sobleus $50 for his help) if you would be a major contributor to my project.

1)what is the size of the battler a sample of that battler would be nice
2)give more info on what it should look like trying to sprite with a character set is not that detailed
(note: hand draw is more better if you cant, just give me more detailed info)
3)is his eye realy like that?

oh yeah you should recolor the feet of the rtp if its ok with you. its a bit dull having the same color from head to toe.

Thanks DM! Here's some more info bro:

1) General Size, if anything just a bit smaller considering ninjas are typically short
2) Just one sword (I've attached a copy of the weapon he's using in a PM to you. It's Huge but I've just been shrinking the weapons to like 12x50 or something to be proportionate to the battler, you can tweak it).
-Run pose could be steathly looking (he is a ninja after all) perhaps transform/fade to shadow and then back to normal on the run back
-Magic Pose/Item pose should be the same: Jut have him hold his weapon up.

i didnt quite get you when you said blur as in blur him or just make him look a bit blured giving an effect of him moving fast?

dun worry ill finish the ninja stuff sure is a bit hard to make, justifying the colors having one color scheme.

@ericmor: hey man, that's a nice offer but the video I saw wasn't that impressive. You've just used some scripts to distort + zoom (which kind of looked icky) and the animated characters were just like white ties. I'm sorry but I don't think it's worth the $100.
