IN RPG Maker XP when you look at the skill tab in the database editor, what do the ATK-F, EVA-F, STR-F. etc mean. What are they for?

Right click on the text and select What's This?.
A short explination is shown then.

Now

Press F1 when you are in the editor to show the help. (Map editor)
Left click on RPG Maker XP in the Contents area.
Select Battle Formulas
