Galaxy got at least a 9.5 and Twilight Princess too. They were rated good, but I guess they didn't think they were perfect.

Both deserved perfect scores...

lol what? SMG was not anywhere near perfect. I'd give it an 8. It got real boring real fast.

As far as SSBB goes (see how I got back on topic? I'm so smooth :3) it isn't perfect either. It has its problems. This is obvious even before I've played the game.

That being said - it will probably be the best game of the year. :3

First of all, when the ratings come out, I don't care. True, when a game that I got and seems good gets a low review, I'm a bit annoyed, but I get past it after like 10 seconds.
Second of all, yes, that's a very valid point that you should have your own opinion about games and not care about what other people think.

Those Snake trailers are the actual Codec conversations. Wario's and Yoshi's are the same as the trailers (I didn't post the one I found with Yoshi, because it was really bad quality). Some people probably agree with Snake about Sonic...

An interesting fact: R.O.B. has appeared in a few games since he was actually released for the NES.

*WarioWare: Mega Microgame$! (GBA): He was one of 9-volt's minigames. Footage (happens at 2:05)
*F-Zero GX (GCN): In Port Town: Aero Dive, he's in the background. Footage (shown at 0:20)
*WarioWare Touched! (DS): In 9-volt's boss stage, when you hit these barrels, they explode, revealing a NES peripheral, including R.O.B. (sorry, no video)
*WarioWare: Smooth Moves! (Wii): In 9-volt's/18-volt's Stage, you fight R.O.B. in a Star Fox battle. Footage (happens at 3:30)
*Mario Kart DS (DS): He's a playable character. The last one you unlock.

I think because they wanted to have him in another genre of video games, besides Minigame games and Racing games. Either that, or they ran out of ideas and on a whim, put R.O.B. in as a character.
