HE ISNT JUMPING OFF ANYTHING! If you press jump twice, you can jump in the air, and then pressing Up+B does a secondary jump. I seriously doubt you have ever played (or been any good at) SS.

What is Volt Tackle? It's Pikachu's Final Smash!

That pretty much describes it. You don't need an Electric Ball to unleash it, but you do need a Smash Ball.

Volt Tackle is unleashed! Pikachu transforms into a ball of light.

You can now control that ball of light for a brief period.
Hunt them! Hunt them down!

It's quite speedy while airborne. This...can be dangerous.

It flies through the air wildly, so take care not to lose control.

If it gets cancelled in midair, something terrible will happen.

Yeah...I hope they have different costumes like in Melee, well, they should, but I'm talking about more like Varia suit, Power suit, gravity suit.
