It's called PhotoPlus 6, it's free, and it does everything PhotoShop does. It's great for just about anything you can do with an image. I think everyone who uses paint should try this.

i sued to use photoplus 7 but i cannot remember precisely what but it lacks somthing that the rest of the more popular image editors do
