3ds max. I also did a bit of video editing and illustrator work. That's why I prefer Illustrator over Photoshop for most things.

Although you're all probably past this, I felt I should comment that if there is another Diablo 3, it won't be the same experience, as the team moved out to create Flagship Studios and is working on Hellgate: London, which will be about the same experience (but better) anyways.
