[Request] A simple ATB System.

Hey again 

Does anyone know where I can find a simple ATB system? Not side-view or anything, just the normal view or RPG Maker XP, then a bar near the bottom which fills up as time goes by, and when it's full, you can attack. Also, the enemy needs to attack regularly. Does anyone know where I can find this? Or can somebody kind make it for me
