pixeling tutorial [request]

i'm looking for a good tutorial about pixeling.
i will not attempt to do it without one, because i suck. horribly.
i need a tutorial about making 2d houses and/or character sheets just like in RMXP default files.

this is an example of what i want to learn. (eventually)
