Yes, in fact in the events options look for the weather button, it gives you the option of Snow, light rain, and heavy rain.

I downloaded your Zip file, but I am running a different version of RPG Maker XP... And when I copy over the script file my Fonts all disapear...LOL

Any chance of posting the script, or the system you have made ?

Nope. It's an event system.
I have made it with the legal version. That's probably why.

It uses some switches and variables, so we might have to think a bit about them before adding it to the pack.

Yeah, there are some font issues between legal and illegal. But, it doesn't matter in this case since it's not a script.
