Ok, are there and special specs about animation sheets? I'm making one, and I've never made them before. Could someone please help me?

EDIT: I need to ask one more thing, you know how in like photo shop and GIMP it blends things with the paintbrush tool? Well, will it show up with seems on my animation, like the white seems? Or do I just have to go and transparent it?

Yes.  The individual tiles (that's a single animation graphic) are 192*192 pixels.
