cutscene trouble

I'm having some trouble in a cutscene.

I want to have it so when after the evil guy attacks the NPC it gets hit and disappears, i have a switch turn on and then on the event i want to disappear i have the precondition set for when that switch turns on the event is deleted. Now it sounds good but the event just disappears from the start.

alright dont event using each NPC's graphic as their own event. When I event I make an event at the cornor of the map that controls EVERYTHING in the cutscene. use commands like move blah blah to here and stuff and you never get lost since its all in one event

also to take a screenshot press "PRINT SCREEN" on keypad then open pain and press PASTE

Ya i did the random square thing and i just need to know how to upload my screens to this fourm.

save as PNG, then reply to this topic and click additional options under the box to type text into. and click attachment

set it to parallel process. colten's event that is. and instead of erase event have turn self switch A on then new event page with self switch A on the left and leave it all blank.

*sigh* it did work but not as i wanted it, see:

Which page do i set to parallel process and do i still set the switch?
