Top 5 Fav. Animes

I liked Naruto for a time because it was interesting seeing the progression of a character from outcast to hero.

But I stopped watching when I realized the entire series, both old and new, could have been condensed into about 52 episodes instead of over 400.

But Kefka is right, the difference between the original japanese version and the butchered version broadcast in America is kind of ... frightening.

Top 5 anime huh...?

1) Pokemon ( though the story is sooooo long but still like it ^___^)
2) FMA (really like the story)
3) Shonen Omnyoji ( a pretty interesting anime although had a sad ending)
4) Gakuen Heaven ( )
5) Hayate the Combat Butler ( I prefer read their manga more than anime still on list)

Honestly I don't really know those 5 really is my top 5 aime or not since I'm watching too much of anime...
But Pokemon is TRULY What I really like though the story is soooooooooooooooooooooo long

Bleach is starting to piss me off, now. They spend 6 minutes of every episode telling you what happened in the last episode, which only leaves about MAYBE 15 minutes of new material in a show that's typically 22 minutes long. It's absurd.

But I guess the demographic for that show is pretty retarded. :3

I stopped watching Bleach at VAMPIRES.

FMA is good, hardly the 'best' anime ever, same with Hakusho
Death Note was good until they killed it with Near and Mello.
Naruto doesn't deserve consideration.

out of that whole list, I can only agree with the Studio Ghibli anime.
-especially- Mononoke.

Yu Yu Hakusho originally aired on Toonami, around 4 pm on Cartoon Network.
And Naruto airs  at like 10 pm, which is still technically Cartoon Network, Adult Swim starts at 11.


But yeah, the other 2 (minus the movie) are an Adult Swim. I was just pointing out that you have predictable taste in anime.

EDIT: haha i just read the entire topic, and now i am ready to slather my opinions all over the place.

I forgot about death note. Whoops. I stopped watching death note when the got rid of L and brought in Near, and i was like LOL NO I'M NOT WATCHING IT WITH AN L REPLACEMENT.

I didn't watch alot of naruto, i stopped watching around the chuunin exams. It was okay, it pissed me off how Sasuke and naruto could go through all that in the one mission but then start being immature again.

I stopped watching bleach because the writing was terrible, even in the japanese sub. I might take it up again though, Some part of me kind of liked it .

I go subs instead of dubs all the time. I'd rather squint at text then listen to the bastardized versions of the originals any day.
