The Grand List of Console RPG Cliches

Dude, you should make a game where you go all the way through it, and at the end you realize that you're actually the villain and get mauled.

This isn't really the topic to be discussing my game, or whether games are bad or not. I was merely stating that I don't fall under those cliches.

I don't think they were discussing your game, to be honest. I think they were just suggesting an idea for a non-cliche game.

Weapon Rule
There's always a hidden creature who is much harder to defeat than even the ultimate bad guy's final, world-annihilating form. It's lucky for all concerned that this hidden creature prefers to stay hidden rather than trying to take over the world himself, because he'd probably win. As a corollary, whatever reward you get for killing the hidden creature is basically worthless because by the time you're powerful enough to defeat him, you don't need it any more.

That one's my favorite.

Even if the 133th has some exceptions it is true in much cases lol.

This is a fantastic list. haha  You'd think they would stop being so universally true after the first 100 or so, but they just keep ringing a bell.
