Title screen needed [resolved]

i want to make a title screen for my game, so is there a way to create an image and import it as the background to my title screen?

Basically, how do i make my own title screen? these other topics are so confusing..

yes any image can be a titlescreen.

well its not that i need a picture for a title screen or something, i was wondering if i need special code to make the Rpg maker xp default screen go away.

Just set(Database-System) the title screen as another image

Make sure the picture's big enough, though. If it's not, it just occupies a tiny corner and it makes it look STUPID XP
