Game Encoding problem

im really sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but im having a strange problem, when i try to send the game i created to friends after saving it as a disk, they start playing and it gets past the title and then it says the game had an unexpected error and had to close and they DO have the RGSS thingy so it should be playable, and suggestions?

Uhhh, does it play through fine on your com using the game disc?

~Re-make a new game disc.

~Try it on some one else's computer.

~Reinstall the gamemaker, then make a new disc.

no no, see this is the thing, it works fine on my computer, its whenever anyone else tries it that it doesnt seem to work
