As far as I can remember I don't think I asked any questions about stuff with RPG Maker (other then making an MORPG) so I'm not sure if this is in the right place or not... >.>

But does anyone know how to make a side scrolling game with RPG Maker XP or a different game making system?

If u mean a platforming game, it'd be pretty lame on an rpg maker.  Theres another program called 'Game maker' that is pretty great at making side scrolling stuff, with gravity and everything. I think theres a new game maker forum here, u should try posting there

Oh.... Game Maker supports that. I should've thought about looking at that. xD
