Battle System Add-On Idea

Hello everyone, I had this idea while playing Atelier Iris.

In their battle system, I recently noticed when you select your monster to attack, there might be one or more near it flashing. When you attack the monster while the other(s) is/are flashing, you attack them to depending on the character.

I have yet to see this script in 3 different forums and 2 websites, I was wondering if anyone could direct me or make this script.
