I've got a question [NOT a request]

I was randomly browsing my C drive the other day, and came across a bunch of good Sound Effects and Music that could be used in RPG's.

But I don't want to submit them to a resource site, because they aren't mine.  They were made to be used in a game called DARKEDEN (a game like Diablo 2, but based on legends about vampires).

I don't want go get sued or anything, so...
should I submit them somewhere?

im not so sure about legal thingamawhatnots but if u give credit im sur ull be ok insted of claiming as own

People rip sound effects, music, sprites, pretty much anything from video games. So, just don't claim them as your own, and I don't see a problem.
