Using Game Controller in Game Maker

Got a special controller you use as a joypad for your comp? What if you want to use it in GM? Well, this topic tells you what button on your controller corresponds to what joypad address. When adding a controller, name the adapter you use (or "none"), the controller type (what console it's for, if any, or if it's for PC), and then list the buttons as best you can with the addresses. I'll start.
