Need a team for a Pokemon game

^{I need a team for Pokemon Amber:}

First off, the game is a Pokemon Johto remake.
And I need some help asap, and what ever help I get is truly appreciated. 

Position:

Scripters: I really need some, for the battle system, etc...
Event Overlookers: I much need some people who are very good at making events flawless.
Spiriters: I don't really need any, but it would be nice to have some for misc. things.
Mappers: Thus far, I have made six maps, and it's slow...very very slow...
Everything else: Check below for misc. things.

Scripters:

It'll mainly be for simple add-ons, but, it's also for the battle system. Also, there needs to be a pokemon esque bag, key items, and balls. And a start menu like the ones in the game, where it's:

And it shows your screen and it's like a side panel on the right.

Event Overlookers:

Someone who really knows how to make events right down to the core. Like trigger events, etc...I'm not that great with events. Just I know just enough to get me around little things...help on this is very much wanted.

Spiriters:

Mainly for misc. NPCs. Or extra tile sets.

Mappers:

It's a very annoying thing to make very large maps like in pokemon, routes, etc..
I really need some mappers for this game.

Extras:

Tileset Tweakers: People who can go through the tile sets and make them perfect, so you can't walk up walls, or your blocked from walking in a place that you have to.

BGM: I have a few songs recorded from my LeafGreen ROM (I do own the real game), but I need some more musics, I only have a few songs done. Recorded via VBA Audio Recorder.

Game Tweakers: Anyone who can go and find map glitches or anything that shouldn't be there.
