Book or Paper Tileset

Hello again!

Is there anyone out there that has, or think they can make,
a tileset ( yes you read right, tileset ) for a book or a paper.

Let me explain:

In my game you'll have a book, and sometimes you'll write down stuff
in this book. So when you select this book in the item menu, you'll be teleported to a map that's supposed to look like a book.
There you'll be able to select different topics that you can read.

Do you understand? If not here's a final simple explanation:

I would like a tileset for an open book that's as big as a normal tileset of, let's say, a house.

If its with RPG Maker 2003 I have a paranorma that looks like a book. Will that help?

interesting idea..

i think you can make one on your own, simply get a book image and letter/symbols images and then save it in 1 image file and call it a tileset
might come in a little hard but er.. good luck
