I need a decen mapper to help me with a beach

Ok I was working on my game and had the perfet beanh map made. But when i went to make the cave in that maps folder I acedently edited the bech and completly destroyed it(cept for a 50 by 50 square of a 150 150 map). I reallyl lost it and dont have the patiance for that again, I feel like giving up right now. If any relly good maper could, could I have them redo the map for me? just let me know and I'll send you the map. also gow does one send a map???  :O_o:

EDIT: Its a really basic map, just a beach with cliffs around it and a canyon goign through it with a littl coldasac thingy at the end. I can stick in all the details.
